Continent India has the second largest concentration
of Tribal population . The Tribes of India
are spread unevenly being concentrated mainly
in the central belt covering 8 states -
Orissa, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Maharastra,
Gujarat, Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh &
West Bengal. The
nearly 350 Tribes in India are different
in their traditions, Customs, Languages,
Living Styles possessing their different
cultures. Among them Orissa is the Only
State having 62 numbers of different Tribe
life and so as 62 different Tribal Cultures.
