Orissaculture.Com has proposed to set up a Heritage (Art and Craft) Village and to develop it’s tourism products near Bhunaneswar/ Puri and Konark- the Golden Triangle in Orissa which are among the 7 wonders of the World and are the fastest developing Tourist Destinations.Expression of Interest are invited for the preparations of Projects Reports from reputed consultants having experience in the Tourism and Hospitality fields to set up the Heritage Village and other Tourism related projects nearly the above said Places.The sites will be in the vicinity of the famous architectural wonders of the world. Therefore the Projects will have to be designed in an intregated manner to reflect the archiological and cultural values of the area. The report should cover the essential requirements of a craft village which includes keeping all the kinds of traditional crafts and crakts persons including traditional Ayurvedic Massage/Panchakarma Therapy centers, innovative methods of various special financial vehicles to finance and sustain the project. The land required for the development of the Heritage Village will be provided nearly the area on a long term lease basis as as per the consultation with the Govt of Orissa. The report should examine the feasibility of establishments of other Tourist and commercial activities such as Rural Museum Convention Centres, Amusement Parks, Resorts or Cottages, Cruise etc. attached to the Village.
