Orissaculture.Com invites Bids from experienced Event Management Agencies to market and Project one of the rare days/month religious cultural events of the World to be held on Dt.At Puri in Orissa. The selected agencies will assist Rudrakshya- The Orissaculture.Com’s wing for Public Relation in show casing and Marketing the event. The proposal should be submitted at the addressed for communication mentioned below till 6 p m or before Dt.At bhubaneswar. Rudrakshya will not be responsible for any Postal Delay.

The Probable amount of contract is of Rs 2 Crores which includes the revenue estimated from Spot Marketing, Internet Marketing, Hoardings , Advertisements on TVs, and Radio Telecast/Broadcast etc. and other event Management related works.

In order to make the event a memorable event, the agency shall show case the event through mass contact, seminars, advertisements etc. This would releted to whole involvement of various corporate Houses, Media, Railways, Embassies, Airlines, Travel and Tour operators, Celebraties etc. To market the event, the Agencies shall prepare and implement the revenue Model. The sponsers and advertisers will make the payments directly to The Managing Director, Aster Infosys Pvt Ltd. Through Demand Drafts.

Only those Agencies will be entitled to bid, who fulfilled the mentioned conditions as annual Turn Over of Rs 10 crores for the last 3 years, experience of holding such mega events and the agency should have in house creative wing with the functional public relation department.
